I recently visited the McDonald's location at 355 near Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines, and I must say it was a convenient and satisfying experience.

As I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff, who welcomed me with a smile. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with a modern decor that added to the overall ambiance.

I ordered my usual Big Mac meal, which was prepared promptly and efficiently. The staff ensured that my order was accurate, and I appreciated the attention to detail.

The food itself was up to McDonald's standards - the Big Mac was juicy and flavorful, with the perfect balance of special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onions on a toasted bun. The fries were crispy and hot, cooked to perfection.

What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service. The staff were friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was positive. They checked in on me regularly to see if everything was to my liking, and even offered to refill my drink.

In terms of value, McDonald's is always a great option for a quick and affordable meal. The prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous.

One area for improvement could be the wait time during peak hours. I visited during a busy lunch period, and there was a bit of a line. However, the staff worked efficiently to manage the crowd, and the wait was not excessively long.

Even if it doesn't have many customers it lasts about 10 minutes before receiving the order. The employee had difficulty understanding French and also speaking in French.

The mcflurry was half full. The checkout guy mentioned to the employee that he made it was half full and the employee found that. Very funny.... An immature young man who must not even be 20 years old but who found it very funny to steal from customers... It costs enough to go to a restaurant if you don't even have half of that that we pay... Frankly it's quite shameful
I don't recommend this McDonald's at all. And advice to the boss of this McDonald's... It's good to hire young people but it would be good to warn them not to laugh in the customers' faces when they make mistakes. Expensive

It's been several times that I have had to wait more than 15 minutes at the drive-thru when there are almost no customers. They seem so disorganized and there is almost always a mistake in the order or something is cold.

I often go to this McDonald's, the service is not necessarily fast, but the employees are often friendly, on the other hand, there are often errors... every time I go there there is always an error.. this evening, we ordered for $60 for dinner, we arrived in the car, one sandwich less, we ended up getting it back, and when we got home, we were STILL missing a sandwich, we went back and after 40 minutes, we received a refund but arriving home, the meal was cold.. If you have the chance to go to a better McDonald's, go there

We had to redo my Large M Burger because the meat was rare!!! The second one I had was poorly assembled and too much sauce. The service was correct, we made my first Burger again without hesitation.
