One word D E G U E L A S S E I've always been to your McDonald's because I think it's the best looking one in Terrebonne BUT TONIGHT WASH! $60 at TRASH! Yes yes a big SIXTY! We didn't eat anything except the fries! The hamburgers and the raps there was SO MUCH sauce in an exaggerated way I have never seen that in my life the buns were wet bar to bar as if the buns had been soaked in the sauce on all circumferences! What can we say about the raps in addition to having an exaggeration of sauce it was impossible to eat without being full of sauce everywhere the chicken was hard as a rock that I spit out my mouthful! People should be shown how to do it because the person who places our order may not really care but it's $60 in the trash and it's terrible, it happens far too often. I'm really angry! In the end we just ate fries. Let's see. As if I wanted to want to throw money down the drain like that. The employee of December 24 at night around 11 a.m. should really be more careful.

I don't know, we're leaving the McDonald's banner, but it's far from conscientious franchisees! Apart from the exceptional service from Mikael (who cares about the customers!), everything was bad! A mini portion of fries instead of a regular fries, as charged. I asked for burgers, cheese, extra onion, only to receive burgers, cheese without any onion! Cleanliness that leaves something to be desired, in summary, all the tables are dirty, without exception. The employees seem to be disinterested. As long as you want to serve your customers like this, sell to franchisees who will take care of it!

I ordered a macpoulet and a crispy chicken wrap, the chicken on the 2 sandwiches was undercooked, nothing crispy, the macpoulet was flooded with salad and the wrap was poorly rolled they had rolled the paper inside the wrap. Very disappointed
