Ordered festin familial (portion pour 3) online to be delivered by uber eats. When verifying the order after being delivered I noticed that the toy and yogurt were missing. Called mc donald Claude Léveillée terrebonne and explained the situation to the person since my son was waiting for his toy. The guy replied that he cannot do anything regarding this and should contact uber eats for this.
My question is how come it is uber eats problem since mc donald packed the order while missing these two items.

This location does not offer refills on soft drink, my son emptied his soft drink since it tasted flat, they did not want to refill the drink. Ridiculous, you have little kids as managers which offer zero customer service. will not be going back to this location.

While picking up food for my employees who were working on set, I decided to keep things simple and order McDonald’s for everyone (a total of five people).
As I was placing my order at the drive-thru, the staff member asked if I had a code to collect points. I informed her that I did, but I was waiting for the app to finish loading. She instructed me to proceed to the window.
Upon arriving at the window, a young employee greeted me and processed my payment. Shortly after, he was called away by the manager. When he returned to the register, I politely reminded him that he had forgotten to apply my code. He told me it was too late to do so.
At this point, I had not yet received my food. I explained that this should not be an issue and suggested he speak with the manager. He consulted with the assistant manager, Jessica, and returned to inform me again that it was too late. I then advised him that if they were unwilling to apply my points, I would prefer to cancel the order and place it again.
He went back to Jessica, who then came to the window with my refund and told me to leave.
I explained to her that as a customer service representative, she had no right to refuse my order or speak to me with such an attitude. I informed her that I would be contacting Human Resources to file a formal complaint regarding this matter.
