While picking up food for my employees who were working on set, I decided to keep things simple and order McDonald’s for everyone (a total of five people).
As I was placing my order at the drive-thru, the staff member asked if I had a code to collect points. I informed her that I did, but I was waiting for the app to finish loading. She instructed me to proceed to the window.
Upon arriving at the window, a young employee greeted me and processed my payment. Shortly after, he was called away by the manager. When he returned to the register, I politely reminded him that he had forgotten to apply my code. He told me it was too late to do so.
At this point, I had not yet received my food. I explained that this should not be an issue and suggested he speak with the manager. He consulted with the assistant manager, Jessica, and returned to inform me again that it was too late. I then advised him that if they were unwilling to apply my points, I would prefer to cancel the order and place it again.
He went back to Jessica, who then came to the window with my refund and told me to leave.
I explained to her that as a customer service representative, she had no right to refuse my order or speak to me with such an attitude. I informed her that I would be contacting Human Resources to file a formal complaint regarding this matter.

I've always been to your McDonald's because I think it's the best looking one in Terrebonne BUT TONIGHT WASH!
$60 at TRASH! Yes yes a big SIXTY! We didn't eat anything except the fries! The hamburgers and the raps there was SO MUCH sauce in an exaggerated way I have never seen that in my life the buns were wet bar to bar as if the buns had been soaked in the sauce on all circumferences! What can we say about the raps in addition to having an exaggeration of sauce it was impossible to eat without being full of sauce everywhere the chicken was hard as a rock that I spit out my mouthful! People should be shown how to do it because the person who places our order may not really care but it's $60 in the trash and it's terrible, it happens far too often. I'm really angry! In the end we just ate fries. Let's see. As if I wanted to want to throw money down the drain like that. The employee of December 24 at night around 11 a.m. should really be more careful.
