Went there for dine in and the menu concept was good but a bit confusing. The cleanliness was not great. The service was quick enough but the two employees lacked friendliness and seemed distracted. I also asked for the smaller amount and was given the regular amount. The food was somewhat tasty.

Not sure why people give a bad review. The food was fresh. The portions and flavor was great. Prices are excellent considering the portion size.

For a fast food restaurant it's very good. We choose our sauce, our type of dough.
They offer two formats and in reality, the moderate format (the smallest) is really sufficient.

The dishes are always delicious! The only negative point is the customer service. My second time at the one in Terrebonne & I find it unpleasant to be served without even a smile. In addition, I ask for a trio, I am offered with dessert or Caesar salad, I ask for the salad and obviously there was more, so I asked for a refund (that's not what bothers me the most in the story) The employee asked his colleague for help and his colleague didn't really listen to her, hell to get my money back... I stayed in the restaurant for 30 minutes, for only 1 dish... C It wasn't a big rush, I'm very understanding when I see that the employees were rushing but it wasn't a rush at all 3 employees and it was difficult to have 2 in front to help the girl who cooks...

The best mac & cheese ever!

Ordered from ubereats. Super expensive for a unappealing looking dish. The mac and cheese is supposed to have panko and brocoli, and it didn't have any. We also got a chicken penne bolognese, but the restaurant told us they no longer had bolognese sauce. We were offered to swap for tomato sauce instead, so we requested that the chicken be swapped for ground beef to make up for it. We got chicken and tomato sauce. We also paid for extra pasta and parmesan cheese, which we did not get. The food tasted like boxed pasta, definitely not worth $23+ dollars.

Pasta not cooked… meat burned. If you brew nothing it’s normal that it burns ??‍♂️
