Wow! I didn't expect to receive such rude service as that. This Monday, October 14, at 3 p.m., I order a pizza online for delivery. I call at 4 p.m. for delivery status. First I was informed that they never received my order. Okay but I received the confirmation by email. The gentleman who answered the phone informed me that it is preferable not to place an order through the site. (So why does this restaurant leave this option on the site and in the foreground?) I tell him that I have received confirmation that my order has been received. The gentleman doesn't believe me!? That it's not possible that I received confirmation?? I insist on telling him that yes I received the confirmation. He is really rude and I tell him. He hangs up the line on me. Really miserable service, very bad experience.
