We ordered a medium pizza with fries and 2 ranch sauce the delivery guy arrives at the house I open the door his Doordash and the guy won't give me my order telling me I have to wait 5 minutes and it's 12 degrees outside fake I he says you're going to wait 5 minutes before giving me my order and he says yes and leaves for his car and 5 minutes later comes back and gives me the pizza and fries but no bill and I don't have my 2 sauces and when we call to pizza hut he hangs up the line on us FINISHED FOR US PIZZA HUT

Ordered a Triple Treat box and it arrived almost 20 minutes late. On top of being late, it was cold and the Chicken bites were missing from the box. I then tried contacting customer support to solve the missing item problem. But the customer support isn't just bad, it straight up non existent, they hang up on you after 6 minutes of on call wait time, multiple times. No shade on Pizza Hut as a company, but to anyone trying to get pizza, do not order from this location at Terrebonne, it is the worst Pizza Hut experience I've had.
The restaurant is very nice and clean. Wonderful hospitality from the manager and staff. Yummy pizzas.
