Usually very good but for the past month it's been horrible. Bagless deliveries that keep you warm. Pizzas scattered in a corner of the box (2X). Incomplete orders without the sauces ordered. Tonight she arrives more than 20 minutes after the follow-up email told me she arrived. The delivery guy says it's hot but it's lukewarm. The pizza is stuck in one side of the box and the delivery guy tells me he won't refund... I drop the box in front of him and tell him no problem I haven't paid yet...

Ordered online in Terrebonne, I called after an hour to be told that delivery had not been available for two days in Terrebonne. I was told that they were going to transfer me to the restaurant in Terrebonne and finally transferred me to the same number, but with a different agent. That couldn't solve my problem either. I offered to pick it up, but he told me he couldn't do that, that I had to contact the restaurant directly (which I was supposed to be doing). In short, worst customer service! Probably the last time I order this.
The pizza tasted strange, lacking in taste. We are used to ordering regularly from the Laval Chomedey branch as well as the one in Fabreville sur Dagenais. Today exceptionally we ordered from Terrebonne.... it doesn't taste like the other pizza hut branches.
