Restaurant Bâtiment B offers a stunning location with a glass roof and waterfront tables, making it a super nice spot near the water. The atmosphere is pleasant, and there is a lot of shade available on hot days. While some dishes may not meet expectations, the food and drinks are often good. The terrace is magnificent, and the mimosa is good. However, the menu does need some work. Some dishes, like the salmon gravlax, need more attention as it consists of only a couple of pieces of salmon with a pumpernickel croûton. The pesto pasta was also disappointing in taste for the price.
The service is average, with servers being nice yet sometimes in a rush. The meal was excellent but not really hot, and the bathrooms are in the basement. Customers felt the portioning leaves much to be desired, especially with the “festin brunch platters,” which did not provide enough food for two people. Overall, while the location and atmosphere are beautiful, some improvements are needed in the food and service.
