I'm still hard to please in restaurants. BRUT exceeded my culinary expectations. The welcome was more than warm. The general restaurant atmosphere is very friendly and family-friendly. From the moment you arrive you already feel like you are part of the family. When it comes to food, nothing but originality! The quality of the ingredients, the balance of tastes and flavors were there! A big one to Seb and his entire team for giving us an unforgettable evening!

A horrible experience, we priced the tasting menu, on average 4 dishes per course and 3 courses, the waitress very nice but we had to serve our own wine and an hour between courses, the kitchen looked disorganized, the the girl who sets the plates was overwhelmed, the food was okay, nothing more, the meats from the last course were good but the salads were quite ordinary, I even found a piece of plastic when taking a bite, this could have been very dangerous. honestly for a $700 meal I have other options, I don't understand the popularity of this restaurant

We loved our experience with the tasting menu. Everything was DELICIOUS. We really like to try restaurants that offer this formula, but often we come out and are still a little hungry despite the price. However, at BRUT, I can confirm that we got our money's worth. We were full, the formula is filling. I actually think it's the best short ribs meal I've ever had in my life. The only thing I would have liked is a little sweet touch to finish. No dessert is planned for the tasting menu. Also, we had a table around their work surface, which brought an interesting but double-edged aspect. It allows us to see behind the scenes, but we must admit that it is not always beautiful. We feel a little of their stress at having to get the dishes out quickly, we hear them talking to each other loudly and sometimes with rather harsh words... I have mixed feelings about that. But all in all, incredible food and good music. We highly recommend!
