Cold, uncooked food, and completely unprofessional service. I received a messed-up delivery order and had to go back to the restaurant myself, only to be met with attitude and no effort to fix their mistake—they just handed me back the same cold food.
Terrible service, terrible cook, zero respect. Save your time and money—I will never go back and do not recommend this place to anyone.

I was in Casa today September 16, 2024 for my brother's birthday, I ordered the filet mignon shrimp, we received filet mignon filled with nerves, hard as a rock and instead of medium rare cooking , we received it almost blue. For $51 plate plus tax, plus tip which was over $100 it's really shameful. The waitress was correct in charging us half the price and offering us desserts for free but in reality we didn't eat 3 shrimps and salad...what a disappointment.....Well done, keep it up.
