They have a wide variety of different meals you can try, and I really enjoyed the style of this place.
You can go there with a relatively large group if you make a reservation, and I definitely recommend going there's for a date, family gatherings, or simply going out with friends.

I have the impression that a lot of negative opinions are from certain groups who should perhaps do a little introspection on their way of acting in restaurants because I have been to Sapporo several times (more than 10 times) and I have never been told that my tip was not enough (but I always give 15%) or that the waitresses were rude (I always ask with a please, I thank each dish that is placed on my table and I stack the finished dishes neatly). It's happened that sometimes we waited a little longer to get our dishes, but the restaurant was packed every time. I always had my meals hot and everything was very good, never had a problem with food poisoning.
Yes, it's normal that you're loaded to go sit down with your friends "without eating", it's an all-you-can-eat buffet and they can't spend the evening watching whether you taste the dishes or not. If you don't want to eat, don't go to a restaurant that charges for the starter and not for the main course....
I have already been a waitress and even if tipping is not obligatory, it is the least you can do to leave at least 15% when the waiters spend 30 times at your table in the evening to give you dishes, pick up the dishes empty, fill your glass of water, bring you some chopsticks because you dropped yours, ect. It's certain that if you leave $5 on a $100 bill after all the trips they made to your table, it's very ordinary..
Yes, it is strongly recommended to book in advance and it is sometimes more complicated to get on the line when you try to call, but I really like this restaurant and those who are curious should take the time to try it.

It’s the first time I’ve been there and it will be the last too! I have never been so poorly received in a restaurant. If I could give 0 stars I would have done so. The waitresses were so rude! As soon as we arrived they already had a negative attitude. They took a thousand years for service! For us in the end, if we came back, they wouldn't be of use to us. Because we asked for an empty bowl. I don't mind the price but I demand the service that goes with it.
