Here is our experience. The food was good, however the service after finishing the meal was poor, a great lack of respect. We were rushed to leave. The waiter came to harass my partner 3 times while breastfeeding our young baby to pay the bill. Which explains our comment here. Subsequently, after paying our bill, the waiter came to beg for more tip. Do you have to be pants!? In short, the place is in no way suitable for a young baby, their toilet does not even have a lying table. Honestly, the place lacks love, folding chairs to seat customers, bench torn and glued back with tape….Kid-friendliness: No. No way! The toilets are not suitable, there is no table to change babies' diapers.

We called on a Thursday at 5:30 p.m. to reserve a Saturday at 7:40 p.m. We arrive on the Saturday in question and they say they don't have our reservation. They never tried to find a solution, they were stupid and insinuated that we were lying. So we moved to show them the door due to their incompetence.

I had reserved for 7:40 p.m. with friends, we arrived at our reservation and they told us that nothing had been noted in my name. However, I had a call with them and they contradicted me. No apology from them. Very disappointed with the service especially since we had 40 minutes to go..Big disappointment on our part, we recommend it to anyone.

EXCECRABLE. Firstly I would like to mention that I work in a sushi restaurant and the Sapporible standardssushi bar was definitely below par. After 3 hours I already started to have a stomach ache. There was more hair than sushi on my plate, it wasn't possible. Second, since when is the tip mandatory? Honestly I don't know what to think of it, a little more we were threatened with a knife if we didn't give a tip. In short, the experience was terrible.

The waitress asked us for more than 15% tip saying that this is her total salary. No explanation given and they treated us like idiots for not knowing that if someone didn't eat they would still have to pay the full price. Now, let's see about the intoxication!!
