I DO NOT RECOMMEND, very poor service and average quality of products. 5 employees including 1 at the cash register, 1 who prepares the coffees and 3 who do nothing, who prefer to chat and be on their phones. While we are still waiting for our 4 cakes and no one cares... When we ask where our order is, no one knows what we ordered... While there is a long line at the cash register...

Careful. Expired Milks.
I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk 3 days ago. While I was drinking it I noticed gooey chunks in my mouth. I looked under the cup and realized the milk was heavily expired. I took it right back and waited in line while trying not to throw up. They offered to remake my drink but by that point I felt so nauseated and sick that I just asked for a refund. The man didn’t even give me the right amount back but I didn’t feel like arguing over it since I felt extremely nauseated.
If you go there please look inside your cups.

The place is clean and well decorated. The menu is interesting, but I wonder what it can be like during busy times having waited several minutes for coffee and hot chocolate when the place was deserted on a winter evening. Still, I will return to try their ice cream during the next summer season.
