The place is clean and well decorated. The menu is interesting, but I wonder what it can be like during busy times having waited several minutes for coffee and hot chocolate when the place was deserted on a winter evening. Still, I will return to try their ice cream during the next summer season.

Finally, you can buy everything through the same checkout! I bought a whole frozen cheesecake and brownies and was made to choose my chocolate coulis. Yummmm it was delicious. They received a new coffee machine. I always come back, the staff is friendly and smiling.

I use to come before it was a second cup and it was good. During summer waiting lines can be very long. But I base my reviews objectively. Coffe was really good, service was nice and quick too. Have not experienced anything like other comments. I will come back.

Very bad experience! Waited 16 minutes for two mint hot chocolates.. We had been forgotten, a woman arrived with her cold hot chocolate and at the same time 2 wrong orders with another customer.. After a long wait my two hot chocolates were not hot at all ... they reheat them and my god the same thing at the same time another one who arrives with a problem too.. they didn't know at all what they were doing... RARELY I SHALL, but what a horrible experience from the Second Cup du Vieux Terrebonne and that twice in a short time... it left a bitter taste on this walk at the end of the evening. Too bad!?

C'était mon café préféré avant qu'il change pour second-cup, hier j'ai pris un chocolat chaud froid, mokaccino aucun goût 2 gelato mal rempli. Service nul. J'ai même demandé de me réchauffer le chocolat chaud et c'est comme ils ont ajouté de l'eau chaude dedans ...Malheureusement c'était mon café préféré avant ???

3e experience, 3e déception, n'est pas du tout à la hauteur des autres second cup de la région. Il ne connaissent pas leur produit, je n'ai jamais eu ce problème ailleurs, lorsque je demande un produit il n'est pas normal que je doive expliquer le produit.
3 eme visites et dernière. Pietre services sans courtoisie. Terrasse extérieur négligé, voir sale, dommage, si bien situé dans le vieux Terrebonne ! pas surprenant que l'endroit soit vide, malgré un samedi radieux.

$27 for two sandwiches and an iced coffee. Nothing in the sandwiches, bread with a little filling. I was just uncomfortable for the lady who served us otherwise I would return everything and leave.I want to believe in inflation but there are always limits to being served the same junk.
