We were there for dinner around 6 p.m. on April 20, 2024. The sun was directly in our eyes and the blinds were no longer functional.We were told that there would be a delay of 10-15 minutes to get our plates. Finally after 30 minutes the waitress came back to tell us that our plates would arrive in 10-15 minutes. We spent more than 2 hours there with all this waiting.The food was super good and everything was hot.

Everything is frozen now, not even able to make skewers on site:If you order chicken skewers, you will receive small pieces of defrosted chicken, no vegetables, nothing. Everything arrives prepared in advance! Go to the grocery store and buy frozen, it will be better.Also, the sauces are always cold.It's not the fault of the branch, but of Recettes Illimitées which cuts the quality of the food. The manager being super friendly, I gave it two stars instead of one.In short, if it weren't for Unlimited Recipes, I would have given it 5 stars.Recommendation to improve things: Cut the quantity of products in order to increase the quality of the best-selling ones. If you can't offer a quality product, don't serve it.

We went for dinner on Wednesday with the children, the restaurant was empty with around ten customers. The bench seats are a little worn, but good.The chicken was delicious andThe service was excellent, I don't remember the name of the waitress but thank you for your service.

In 2 out of 3 orders, something is missing! Check your order when grabbing something for takeout/drive-thru! They forgot a St-Hubert poutine in our order (we noticed it when we got home), we called and told us they were going to give us a $10 voucher, we went back to get the poutine, we arrive at the house, no voucher... In short, it's not the question of the voucher, it's the lack of service. Especially since we offer them a tip in good faith "for their service" for a take-out order...
I had a reservation for 25 people for 2 months. I received a call 10 minutes before my reservation to inform me that it was canceled and without compensation. Great lack of respect from 25 customers. I was told it had water damage. But my partner contacted the restaurant afterwards and they were still taking reservations. I'm really disappointed. Never book at this place.
