Very disappointed we paid a lot for a dinner which was not very good especially the grilled chicken boke bowl with salad not a winner and the sauce not good so this meal was in the trash.I don't recommend this place too expensive for this meal.

I can't believe what I witnessed, one of the guys making sushi Kept coughing, not wearing a mask, but not even turning away from the food, the he spits right in front of me into the garbage that was under the counter where food was being made. Disgusting. My food went into the garbage, I couldn't get myself to eating it. I lost my money and appetite.....honestly they should have a food inspector go there. Used to go there often but this was definitely the last time...if they do this infront of customers what happens when you order online....gross

I ordered for 140$ on Saturday as we had a guest at home so we took for takeout. It took 1h15 minutes to prepare ( i can understand as it was Saturday and probably busy). When we picked up, I think it was near closing time and they never took the time to validate the order with us. We ended up home with 2 spicy mayo only when we ordered 4 and if not mistaken a sushi we took indicated coming with one as well. We had no soya sauce at all. Usually, when we order at other sushi shops there's atleast 1 soya sauce per type of sushi we order. Also, the sushis did not seem fresh: avocado was brownish, the sushis with fish tasted really strong, the rice was dry.We always order at sushi shops as we find they have variety and are usually fresh. But it was our first time ordering here and we were very disappointed with the food in particular.

Honestly, I feel like it depends on the day. I don't know if I want to take the risk anymore... sometimes I have nothing to say everything is perfect and the next time I have products that are not fresh at all which they refuse to refund or exchange otherwise they will wrong order.

Valentine's Day, It's just no problem organizing, I reserve my order on January 13 so that it is ready at 5:15 p.m. on February 14, I take the trouble to call at 4:45 p.m. to see if there is a wait so as not to arrive there at 5:15 p.m. for nothing, the guy tells me to arrive at 5:45 p.m. instead...I arrive there, there is a long line all the way outside and we have to wait in line even if we ordered the day before for 5:15 p.m. and already paid, there are ready orders and no way to distribute them to those who have already paid. There are people in the queue in front (ordered for 6 p.m.) and there is no order... very poor organization, I understand the lack of staff, but precisely at this time it takes working methods and organization. Tsé making a line for people who have already paid and ordered by order time could have been good, and the other line for people who have not paid or ordered... having sauces ready in advance instead of making them fur and could have saved a lot of time too... what's more, in a type of sushi, I had shrimp that were not well cooked and I had to remove them. Very bad experience!

Literally just spent $160 on sushi and they charge for every single soya sauce packet. If we didn't take and pay for these, we'd have no soya sauce! Very cheap. Small pieces and not worth it. Price adds up really quickly.

Take out was super rapid. We ordered online and it was ready in 20mins. Size of poke bowls are generous and tastes great. Better than some others of same franchise.
