Thai Express Restaurant Terrebonne

We went to Tai Express about 30 minutes before closing. During our visit, my wife accidentally left her phone in the restroom. When we realized and called the restaurant shortly after, the person who answered was extremely rude—he started yelling that they were closed and abruptly hung up.

The next morning, we went back to check if the phone had been found. The restaurant was closed, but the doors were open, so my wife stepped inside to look. Shockingly, the same person called the police on us.

This was an incredibly unprofessional and disappointing experience. We expected at least a basic level of courtesy and understanding—especially considering we were trying to retrieve lost property. I would not recommend this place based on how we were treated.

We just ordered from this restaurant.The food was good.However the guy at the counter that who took my order wasn't not nice.He is not approachable at all.Maybe his tired however its not acceptable to give such service to a customer. He dont know how to guide to treat his customers. Better put him on the cooking area and put other person on the counter.This is not my first time to buy in Thai Express restaurant however I'm still confuses with the food.So its normal that will take time for me to give my order.

Worst customer service ever,the asian cashier guy needs an intensive training in how to treat customers ASAP. We got there at 8oclock pm and when we place the order he replied like barking(you have 20 mins to eat)with a mean tone of voice.
So we decided to leave and i dont recomend this place AT ALL 👎

Dont go here. Look at all the 1 star reviews. Food is stale, place is dirty. Customer service is horrible.

Food too spicy when asked for mild, payed for extra chicken got no extra at all , basically payed for à big bol of Spicy Rice with a little bit of chicken

Went there about 10 times since they opened . The last 2 times i was disappointed !

The man at the cash register lacked patience with us because we did not understand what he was telling us.

Ordered off Uber Eats they had a promotion buy 1 pad thai get 1 free. Only received 1 Pad Thai now I have to go order another meal for my partner, I didn't mind buying another but now we're stuck waiting for another order to arrive to eat together way to ruin our supper!

I order an Uber pad thai with extra broccoli vegetables for $1.20 and medium spice. I get a vegetable pad thai with 2 broccoli no corn no carrot nothing but 2 broccoli. And it's spicy! Even my husband who usually takes it spicy found it to be too much

He doesn't put ANY sauce, I made the comment when I went back and they put even less sauce than the previous time. The staff is extremely stupid, if you ask them something while they are making your dish, they will act like they don't understand French. To avoid.

Worst service ever! I order from Uber and out of nowhere they decide to cancel my order even though I said to put less vegetables! Wowww how this kind of business still works! Disgusting
