I would like to express my deep disappointment with a policy of your restaurant that I find particularly unfair. During my recent visit, I ordered a meal to eat there. At the end of the meal, I asked for a box to take away my remaining food but to my great surprise, I was informed that I would be charged for this box.
I found this policy illogical, because if I had ordered my meal to go from the start and decided to eat there, I would not have been charged for the box. The staff's response was that this rule was not up to them. For me, that doesn't change the absurdity of this policy.
In addition, I left a $6 tip at the start of the service, thinking that it reflected my appreciation for the service received. However, faced with this policy, I feel betrayed and believe that your principles leave something to be desired.
I ask you to reconsider this policy, as it unnecessarily penalizes customers and harms the image of your establishment.

They make serious fast Thai food. I can't say on the par with classic restaurant, but their food is seriously good. Especially fried rice. Clean, good atmosphere, gentle stuffs, gentle cooks.
