Often mistakes and employees are disrespectful at times like yelling at you to take your order at the drive-thru and you hear laughing back... disappointing.. especially with young people, so I let my order be made

It's Tim Hortons and fast food, so expectations weren't high. But we were extremely dissatisfied. The person taking orders at the wheel was very rude. There were 4 of us cars and we waited 15 minutes to get to the window. Once we arrived we were given our coffee, which was no longer hot and was not prepared as ordered. We then waited another 3 minutes for our box of 20 timbits, which only contained 18. (Our son counted them lol). It's definitely not worth stopping. Next time we're in the area we'll stop elsewhere if we need a quick coffee.
