How nice it is to arrive and see the waiter who says a nice “HELLO” to you while giving you your coffee, I congratulated him! Fast drive-thru service!

There has been no bread for 2 mornings, it’s unbelievable and they are in front of an IGA. Customer service from the owners not strong. This is not the first time that the menu is not 100/100 available

Worst drive-thru ever. 3 cars in front of me. It took 7 minutes to serve this car.
No "one moment please", we just don't answer you at the drive-thru window.
Truly the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to.
I have rarely seen such slow service in my entire life... even once I arrived at the window, I just ordered a coffee and a croissant and a sandwich, not the order to break everything, well cibole, I I waited there for another 10 minutes. Really horrible

The girls who were there today, Wednesday around 3:00 p.m. were frankly unhappy to be there, no smile, no atmosphere. They didn't even tell me that my cabaret was ready, especially since I was expecting to have it at the end of the order counter, no, it was at the place where you order and no one informed me. Pathetic !!

The lady was very nice and she tried her best to serve the customers. The floor and tables were dirty. Several items seemed to be missing to make sandwiches and several choices of donuts and muffins were missing at lunch time.
I imagine we will be told that there is still a shortage of employees? I don't understand anything about it at all. Before Covid19, in all Tim Hortons, with much wider opening hours, the only times when products were missing were in the evenings close to closing and there were more employees than ever on the floors and They were not old people or people ready to retire, but rather young people.
In short, it was not a pleasant experience.
