I bought a Halloween themed cup for 12.99 which after using it twice lost all its decorations (one eye missing and the latte straw gone). I go to the Tim Horton in question on boul. Claude Léveillée in Terrebonne for an exchange, not a refund, and I am told it is impossible as soon as you buy it is final sale, even for a defective product. Poor customer service and judgment.
