We had a great time with a good meal. For having eaten Indian elsewhere, La Fredaine offers an interesting table d’hôte at a very reasonable price for two people. A detour that is worth the pleasure during a visit to Thetford Mines.
We discovered this restaurant while on a trip. We were very interested in an Indian restaurant in that area. We were very surprised as it was very tasty and full of flavor. We tried chicken butter, lamb korma, every sides of vegetables. The eggplants side was the very best. The pakoras and samosas were very good, but I would’ve gotten more sauce to it. The appetizer size was too small.

If you are looking for an authentic Indian restaurant in Thetford Mines, this is the spot. The service was impeccable and the staff super knowledgeable. The food was great and they have numerous options.
