We spent a lovely evening at L’Artisan Culinaire in Thetford. The welcome was simply excellent, warm and attentive. The chef, himself, came to our table to explain each dish to us, which added a special touch to our experience. The wine was exquisite, perfectly chosen to accompany our flavor-filled dishes. Every detail was thought out with care, and everything was absolutely perfect. To recommend without hesitation!

Without a doubt the best restaurant in Thetford, unique in the region, we are talking about high flying, all the dishes tried received a wow from us. Generous portion, originality - the starter with the can of maple syrup on the plate, simply magnificent.

Very good, warm service from Marina and what can we say about Michel's inventive, inspired and exquisite cuisine. All the services surprised us, from the little homemade marshmallow in the cocktail to the deconstructed sugar shack cone variation for dessert. My boyfriend was won over by the buffalo cheek. In short, go there without hesitation.
