During a certain day at the McDonald's near Thetford Mines, on the kitchen side, I was unfortunately a little disappointed by the lack of order each time sometimes. The drive-thru is OK. Fast at times and sometimes it's average. In terms of atmosphere, there are always a lot of people and therefore a lot of noise. We manage to understand each other at times and at times we can't hear each other talking. It really depends on the time of day.
Kid-friendliness: There is a menu suitable for children.
I ordered a large glass of McFlurry and received it with so much ice cream. To my objections that this shouldn't happen, since I'm paying for a large glass of ice cream and not just a large glass. no one even tried to apologize and add ice. Very unpleasant service!!!
