I ordered a spicy general tao and I received spicy pineapple chicken. I work in catering and I have no way of finding the links between what I ordered and what I received and what is cleanliness tray of sauce with dry crust vegetable exp carrot scattered everywhere nothing led me to believe that know hygienic know an urgent case as long as for me really saddening experience hoping that things will come back to order because I'm not going back there .

Normally I love Thai cuisine so I decided to give the Thai zone of Thetford a chance, the food was disappointing, the chicken pieces were overcooked or done for a long time. And my friend ordered pad thai and received something else. So 1st time and last time in this Thai area unfortunately.

Unfortunately the place was not clean and the pad thai was completely liquid.

Honestly, we ate in several Thai areas and it was delicious, but this one in Thetford is sorry for the term disgusting. General chicken as hard as a rock which tastes like sour sour really not good and a pad thai which is bathed in sauce, and the noodles are seriously not cooked... One moment goes around your branches it's not good sense.

First and last order.Order online on the site, very fast and efficient delivery, meal as ordered. So far so good.Half the dish is sauce, and then it goes bad. Everything in the bowl tastes like sauce. I scooped out 1/2 cup of sauce from the bowl and there was still plenty left. $20 to eat sweet and sour sauce flavored with vegetables and chicken, it's way too expensive and inedible

Exactly 52 minutes of waiting to receive my order of two dishes and a starter, there is a severe lack of management in this restaurant, it will not be surprising if it closes soon. Very unfortunate, because I love the Thai zone. I don't recommend it at all.

Customer service…. We order through DoorDash. The order arrives. The noodles are not cooked. The restaurant has just opened and it's usually delicious so I'm calling to just let you know. They answer me! There’s no way the noodles aren’t cooked! Ok…..with an arrogant tone. BriefNoodles lasts in an 80% noodle dish. Not great. Arrogant and unpleasant welcome…. Even worse! Especially coming directly from the manager/owner!Well done and thank you!
