We are from Ontario traveling through town on vacation and stopped here for coffee food and a break. Tired, pouring rain, we were greeted at the entrance by a patron who opened the door for us with a smiling "bonjour" ... it made our day

We're going there today, we're asking for 2 large French vanilla, 2 donuts, 1 chicken wrap and 1 lime and coriander salad bowl without meat because my friend is vegetarian. Arriving at payment we pay but wait we just add 1 small donut. She gives us our order but 1 donut and 1 French vanilla are missing. She tells us, shall we add it? Uh sorry?? That's what we asked for but I didn't have it loaded. You don't even pay when you leave the drive-thru, you open the bowl of salad and it was filled with chicken (vegetarian friend) and what's more, the girl confirmed that there was no meat. My boyfriend went back inside, however, the 2 employees didn't see him come in and she was denigrating us and laughing at us because supposedly we had added the French vanilla and everything. My boyfriend shouts at them “Excuse me, I wouldn’t add anything but you didn’t give me the right salad”. She took a damn leap when she saw that she had heard them. Not funny, it was you who made a mistake in the order, we had to pay a second time without complaining and you bitched at us like that from behind. Really not strong!!!
You arrive at 7 a.m. for dinner, there are only donuts left. We no longer make sandwiches or bowls. To eat, go back to Thetford sir... :(

I passed by this Tim Horton this morning before going to work, and I would like to highlight the good service from your team.I had two cars in front of me in the drive-thru, and when I pulled into the parking lot, my Google maps route mentioned that I was arriving at work at 7:31 am.You served the two people in front of me, and served me coffee and a worker's wrap, literally one minute!When I got out of the parking lot to get back on the road, my Google maps route showed 7 hours 32 minutes ?.My coffee and lunch were excellent too.Call someone Guinness record ?.Good job ?
