Cheddar aged 6 years (limited product) is really not incredible (I have no idea what to do with it, and I LOVE strong cheeses, it is not strong just bitter) the quality has greatly decreased in recent years, rip it time for homemade products!

I went there at some time of the year... during the summer you find everything... but during the less busy season you find less product from surrounding producers which in no way changes the welcome and the service I had! Still, it's a very good place to eat and stop along the way....
Très gros commerce pour l'endroit, on se sent surpris. Et suivant la surprise, on découvre avec intérêt beaucoup de produits qui semblent locaux (à vérifier) dans une atmosphère beaucoup moins pédante que ce que la façade peut annoncer. Il semble que le commerce va ouvrir un endroit encore plus gros juste en face. Nécessaire? Pourquoi pas!
