The place is very pretty, well appointed, beautiful large terrace. The staff (waitress and chef) are very friendly, discreet and efficient service. I chose the salmon tartare and I didn't regret it. Delicious and the presentation on the board was perfect. THANKS!

Coming back from New Brunswick, I asked my husband if he wanted to end our little vacation in style by going to eat at your place. He had no hesitation in approving. How good! If we lived in Trois-Pistoles, we would enjoy it more often. Always looking forward to the next tasting.

WOW! Just WOW! Lunch menu, meunière cod accompanied by potatoes, fried vegetables, rice and mixed salad, cucumber, cranberries and sunflower seeds. Very good and tasty. A new gastronomic stop during my many trips to Bas du Fleuve.
Parking: Take advantage of the last beautiful days to go to the terrace with a view of the river. Fantastic.

We had to wait for over AN HOUR to receive our food. The atmosphere was okay and the food was excellent but it took too long to receive our dishes. The service is too slow. 0 stars

Restaurantji Recommends
After having tested several restaurants in Rimouski and the surrounding area, I highly recommend the Biarritz.
It's one of the best foods in Lower St. Lawrence.
Beautiful plates, no extravagant flavors, just something good and well garnished.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is good, but you should change your tables. This is the only negative point of my evening, if you are less than 5.5'' the outside tables are much too high to be comfortable.

Small shortcoming concerning the service no offer of coffee or tea and dessert. Maybe this doesn't exist there.

Absolutely delicious, great value food, worthy of a much posher restaurant. The waitress was friendly and efficient and we chatted to the chef too, who has built this business up. Lovely atmosphere though we were late eating so others had left. There’s an outdoor area, which had heaters and a screen because of the weather. In sunshine, you could have a river view!
We recommend the chicken/ mushroom/ Parmesan pasta and the pork brochette.
We hadn’t realised this is a BYO restaurant so don’t make the same mistake!
