I asked to put my sandwich in the panini machine 5 times to the lady while ordering and she confirmed this. What Do you know ; it wasn't put in the panini machine when I received it. Tim Hortons you need to do better. Our orders are never ever right!!!!! So frustrating!!! Things are so expensive there now and the quality has gone down tremendously so can we at least get what we actually ordered!!??

The girl gave me some non-inflated croissants and told me they were okay!! Finally she exchanges them with me and quibbles with her colleagues for having thrown them away!!! That’s because I had already touched her croissants (she wanted to pass them on to others)!! In short, let go of the amazing big girl with glasses who was at the cash register yesterday at 11am!!!
Update 2024 Wanted to give him another chance. It's been a long time since I've been this frustrated after a restaurant. 2 cash registers open.. the lady left to do something else when I got there.. and I had to realize on my own that the cash register was closed. And get back in line. My Buffalo chicken wrap wasn't quite Buffalo but with a little normal ranch sauce, not spicy... it was good but it wasn't my order.
2023 The last 3 times I went by, I wasn't able to get a meal. Once the TPV machine was unavailable (message on the edge of the drive-thru. Another time they put a red cone to close the drive-thru line. Note that the dining room appears to have been closed for some time. If you go through there, plan a plan B
