Mauvais accueil aux familles. Nous avons attendus à la porte plusieurs minutes ayant 2 enfants en bas âges. Les 4 hommes arrivés après nous se sont fait offrir une table avant nous. L'hôtesse inconfortable nous a donné comme raison que la serveuse refusait d'avoir plus de clients étant trop occupé. Que nous soyons debout ou assis nous allions attendre longtemps. Il y avait plusieurs tables disponible et propres. Complet non-sens cette situation!

mardi le 27 novembre 24 moi et mon épouse allons déjeuner et il m'ont don er une table ou que j'entre pas avec mon fauteuil roulant Electrique alors il m'ont donné une autre table dans le coin en arrière côté droite comme ont dit dans fond et après 20 minutes pas de café oublier par les serveuses personnes nous voyait alors mous somme partie en christ c'est pas moi qui va recommander votre resto service pourri

I went to eat yesterday and would like to share my experience. Unfortunately, the food did not meet my expectations. I ordered a smoothie bowl, but after waiting over 35 minutes, despite it not being a busy time, I was disappointed to receive a lukewarm smoothie with a hair in it. Additionally, the Swiss cheese I requested on the side did not appear to be Swiss cheese, and my avocado toast was devoid of avocado. The poached eggs weren't runny as I expected, and we had to wait a long time for our water glasses to be refilled. Finally, my husband's meal tasted like frozen vegetables. Overall the experience was disappointing.

I really appreciate the service offered in your restaurant. However, the team spirit is very disappointing... I saw a waitress stall because it seems that me and my girlfriend waited more than 25 minutes but we waited less than 5 minutes, when the waitress came to apologize , the other waiter was laughing out loud for stalling him in front of everyone for no reason. I find it disappointing to see that the team spirit in this restaurant is mediocre.

The meal is delicious. The ambiance is good. No waiting to be assigned to a table. Marie is courteous and very professional, she knows how to take care of various clients. Always a pleasure to be welcomed and served by a smiling and good-humoured person.
