Bubble Tea Shop

I went to get 3 bubble teas today and waited 30 minutes to receive them! Mine was prepared immediately, but the receptionist stopped in her tracks to take orders at the register. It would have been so easy to finish my bubble teas and then go back to the cash register, but no… After 20 minutes of watching people pass by, I asked him if it would still be long. In the meantime, an additional employee arrived and she asked him to finish the drinks. Unfortunately, he didn't put ice in my two large bubble teas, so they were lukewarm... and mine tasted like water because my ice cream had plenty of time to melt in 30 minutes on the counter! $30 for two lukewarm bubble teas and one water flavored + 30 minute wait = no thanks, I will go to Frank N Tea in the future. It wouldn't have taken longer and at least I would have gotten value for my money... really disappointed.

UPDATE: I was asked to get in touch to block my email! Getting better and better lol
