We were really looking forward to our evening, as the atmosphere of the restaurant felt cozy, inviting, and relaxing. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to our expectations. The service was disappointing and the waitress seemed overwhelmed managing the floor alone and was often nowhere to be found.
The menu was thoughtfully designed and made the food look very appetizing, so we were hoping for a great meal. While the fries and dip were absolutely delicious, my burger was overcooked kind of burned and the cheese had a rubbery texture.
My partner was especially excited to order the pizza he’s always enjoyed here, but it looked and tasted different this time. He kindly asked if there had been a change in the recipe or kitchen staff, but the waitress seemed offended and dismissive, rather than receptive to the question. He was conning from a place of curiosity not a complaint. Most places enjoy constructive feedback.
If we would have complained about anything it would have been about my burger or the waitresses poor attitude lack of good service.
Throughout the night, we had to go find her multiple times, and when we were ready to leave, she forgot our bill and takeout box without offering any apology.
We were hoping for a special evening, but left feeling let down. It’s a shame, because the place has so much potential. Our night didn't stop there though, we made it up with a beautiful treat at Chocolate Favoris ... Mmmm. Wonderful service there.

Like the last two times we went for lunch, the services were very ordinary. We had to wait 20 minutes to be served and I even had to ask if we would have our meals after 35 minutes of waiting after ordering. The service has already been better than this. I think I'm going to change restaurants for our lunch
