Great views and the St-Laurent River that serves vegan food and are pet friendly!
This place cannot be described as a restaurant as you have to go to a counter and order your food and pay for it. Then ONLY will someone bring the food. I ordered the Spinach, with almond in béchamel sauce sandwich with french fries. Sounded great on paper, but in reality it was bleak, though the bread was excellent. The fries were under cooked, I did not see any béchamel drooling...

Great cafe by the port! The homemade pastries were excellent. The service was great, when I said I didn't drink coffee the waiter offered me lots of other options which was really appreciated!
The vegetarian menus are very good. Few choices but homemade ?
The wait is a little long so you have to anticipate a little if you are in a hurry but the goal is also to take your time to chat with the waiters who are always ready to share nice places to visit the Quebec region.?
