Your existing team is not of the same level; we come regularly, 3 times a week. An evening employee during the week is so good in her service and polite and courteous. Very recently we spoke with your employee to tell her how well she works with a smile and speed. But your weekend staff and especially today are not great. We had bad service I asked for less foam in my coffee because there was only foam and the barista was not happy. Then I asked for two glasses of water to take away and they refused to give me ice I had to insist. In the end I saw the employees who were grumbling. As if someone was talking bad about me in front of me!!!! I dare add that I had a bill of more than $20 and that I am a regular. I hope to see their service improve. I'm really disappointed

I was today Sunday May 26, 2024 my wife forgot to ask for a glass of water when she went back to ask for it the team was not in a good mood plus they talk behind my wife's back I I was on the chair and I saw it, a real shame because I come at least 3 times a week. I have always had very good service. The young girl is always smiling. I always leave a $3 tip even if I think she deserves moreThe girl she was at the checkout was never in a good mood, you would say that we bother her every time we ask for something.
