J'adore Chocolat favoris mais pas cette succursale. J'ai payé pour un petit et reçu un mini. Lorsque je l'ai mentionné à la personne qui y travaille le, on m'a sèchement répondu que c'était compacte/écrapouti. Dans notre commande, il y avait d'autres petits cornets et le mien était la moitié . Je ne retournerai pas à cette succursale

We've been coming here for 10 years and this evening we find ourselves with a cone 25% smaller than usual. The staff says that the circumference of the horn would have been increased... Which explains why the height has decreased. It's pitiful for a $7 cone!!!2024-05-29 Update, the cones are back like before! I delete my 1 star.

I am a regular customer and I am very disappointed with my visit this evening. Paying $7 for a small cone, which is this size... We are told that the cones are larger, so the quantity of ice cream is the same (I doubt it, really). Should I remind you that we don't come to CHOCOLAT FAVORIS for the quantity of ice cream hidden in the cone, but for the good dipping? Hoping this change is temporary.

NOWI am a regular customer of Chocolat Favorites. Yesterday I went to eat my classic vanilla chocolate fleur de sel cone, and I found a different ice cream, less good, less tasty, less creamy, and a chocolate that was less thick and less tasty. This new formula doesn't suit me and I don't want to go back.Also, this morning, my stomach is all wrong... Is this related considering the fact that it's the only thing I ate last night?BEFOREBest soft serve in Quebec. I had a chocolate with fleur de sel.
