Coffee was on point, very clear that they take pride in dialing in their equipment and ensuring things are done right.The patio outback is awesome.The owner is present which speaks to the importance of the experience being perfect. Very hands on. Dealt with our kids well!The BUN-MI sandwhich was one of the best we've ever had and we spent a month touring Vietnam.Overall give this place a 25 out of 10. Make it part of your stop. Was a true highlight of our 10 day east coast trip.
