Unprofessional and irresponsible company.I contacted this company over a month ago for a cold buffet for 12 people. Concerning the deadline, the lady told me that although it is recommended (on the site) a deadline of 48 hours it would be better to allow a week since the high season is starting. After making sure of this deadline, I told her that I would call her back to choose the menus.TWO weeks before the event, I contacted the lady again to place the order and she told me it was sold out for that date! I argue based on the discussion we had previously... she told me to email my order and that she would call her "boss". It took 5 days for someone to deign to respond to me (by email) that they couldn't do anything for me.... that I should have reserved my date in advance!They ruined my event but all I received were flat accusatory apologies....I do not recommend this company in any way due to their poor service/customer management and their irresponsibility.
