Moi et mes collègues avons commander du holy burger par uber . Quelle erreur . C'est la dernière fois quont fait affaire avec se restaurant qui manque totalement de professionnalisme . Le livreur nous a apporté la commande de quelqu'un d'autre. Ont a rappelé mais la dame à qui j'ai parler ne voulais rien comprendre et elle nous demande de se faire rembourser par uber . Ont lui explique que ça n'a pas de bon sens , ont a nos 4 canettes de Liqueur mais pas de hamburger et de frite . Je raccroche en maudit et je rappel pour parler à quelqu'un dautre de plus professionnel et compréhensif et mais le mrs a qui je parle commence à être agressif au téléphone en disant au livreur que c'est de sa faute car selon lui c'est le livreur qui est fautif . Le livreur a simplement pris la commande qu'ont lui a donné . Le livreur s'offre gentillement pour allez chercher notre commande et il est même répartie avec la mauvaise commence qu'il nous avait apportéen disant quil allais revenir . J'ai rappeler holy burger pour savoir quand nous allons recevoir la bonne commande mais encore une fois c'est la dame qui veut rien comprendre et qui me dit que je ne recevrais pas de commande et que je dois me faire rembourser et elle me raccroche au nez . Pour avoir fait de la restauration je considère dans se type de situation le client a raison et devrais au moin recevoir sa commande comme prévu en guise de dédommagement à place d'un vulgaire remboursement qui va arriver dans 10jours .

Order delivery. The soggy mayo burger bun and $6 to change a fries into poutine ??♂️??♂️??♂️ the cheese is not quality melts in it…. The fries all absorbed the sauce. Seriously for a $32 order BRAVO ? it makes no sense and no credibility following the menu. Very disappointing

The food is great, the French fries are amazing, on the other hand, a little expensive. I ate with my kids and husband, and spent 82$, for hamburgers, it's a little bit of. Not too many places to sit, so don't go in rush hours. I loved the theme, the decor, and the ambiance is very cute.

The incompetence, slowness, indolence and general apathy of the employees at this location would make patients with severe cognitive problems look like astrophysicists. Burnt meat, cold fries and old vegetables and 50 minutes of waiting to top it off. It’s appalling to see people have so little respect for their work and their customers. Pathetic!!!

The place is well decorated. The service is fast enough for the number of employees I saw. The burger tasted good but was disappointing in the quantity of ingredients used. I ordered a double smash burger, but the meat was so crushed that it looked like it was half a meatball.
