J’ai décidé d’organiser une soirée sushis chez moi et payer les sushis pour tout le monde. Avec 100 sushis (choix de chef) ça devait être suffisant pour 8 personnes. Le problème c’est qu’il n’y avait pas 100 sushis. Sur le menu ça disait 16 Sashimi mais il y en avait que 6. Donc il m’en manquait 10 juste là. Seulement 6 sushis frits sur un supposé total de 100 et les rouleaux étaient coupés en 10 au lieux de normalement 8 pour en faire plus. Au total ça donnait même pas 80 sushis.🤦🏼♂️ J’ai lu la déception de tout le monde sur leurs visages quand j’ai ouvert les boites. C’était très très gênant… Le chef n’a pas été très généreux disons… À vouloir faire des économies malhonnêtement sur le dos des clients vous vous tirez dans le pieds… C’était bon oui mais j’ai eu l’impression de m’être fait arnaquer… Non, je n’achèterai plus jamais de takeout de Itacho Sushi ainsi que tous mes invités… DÉCEPTION…

We called the restaurant and were answered by a stupid person to tell us that they were full for 7 people. They tell us that they take groups of 4 people or less. We offered an alternative by splitting into two groups (4 and 3) to try the experiment anyway, and they refused to take the separate groups.
Attitude, Unable to put two tables together because it's too much effort, and refuses to separate groups when WE suggest it.
Maybe the food is good but we'll never know, because they refuse to welcome us completely.

First and sadly last time here.
Went for what I considered lunch (2PM) but turns out was too late and fell into supper hours. Decided to stay despite the price bump, assuming I'd just get more food. By first round of food I knew I messed up...
Sushi rice/sea weed felt very old. General tao's chicken was mostly just cartilage and hard as rock. The banana in the fried banana was completely black. The spicy mayo tasted awful (if that's how it usually taste, y'all are missing out on good spicy mayo). I wonder if they just found old food in one of their fridges and decided to pass it off to us (thrash Mondays?).
Only reason I'm not giving 1 star was because the server was really nice. They better have paid you the tip and not just pocketed it.

One of the worst places for sushi in town which is a shame because their concept and service is good. Their hosomakis are one and a half to two times the diameter they should be and that only seems to be designed to stuff people faster. Way too much grated egg yolk on everything, possibly for the same reasons. They also regularly use underripe mangoes and avocados. I tried several times wanting to give them a chance, but that’s clearly not unique to a sushiman. In short, the concept and the possibility of bringing your own alcohol are good, but it is not up to par compared to this type of restaurant in other cities (e.g. sushi palace)..

So first of all you enter the place, it’s extremely dirty. The dust hasn't settled since the opening I think. Then the tables are greasy, the plates poorly washed. It was cold.
I still decided to eat it, telling myself that sushi is still sushi. Rotten service. Waiters were sitting around talking loudly. While there were 2 tables. I make my order with unforgettable slowness. Sashimi as big as a steak. The sushi was cold as if it was already ready in the fridge. The soup was cold. The beef udon was pork udon. The beef sashimi never arrived. The “sushi chef” an alcoholic who didn’t follow his orders.
On the other hand, a positive point was that the waitress who came back later from service was great.
On the tablet I see that the price is 21.99 but when I get to the cash register it’s $40 and then some. This is the case of saying it from the dust.
I hope mapaq will close this place, it’s a shame to pay this price for shit.
And if the owner sees this. Take the comments into account. This is how we move forward.
