Candy not at all fresh. Spending $50 to break my teeth is and will be my last time in your branch. The welcome was not bad but questionable, the young employee remained in her corner as if completely shy without coming to interact with us!

Anyway, I think I'm going to go see another candy chain!

Je ne suis pas impressionner dutout. C'est la première et la dernière fois que je commande avec Kandju. Un très mauvais service de livraison, et pas capable d'avoir de réponses à mes questions, du genre pourquoi mon colis est en transit depuis bientôt 9 jours et pourquoi ma date de livraison est toujours reportée. Je voulais savoir quand j'aurais mon colis , et je ne peux pas avoir de réponse clair. Je voulais encourager une entreprise québécoise, mais mon expérience m'a fait regretté ce choix.

very disappointed, I just came from there and the sweets are not fresh at all!! They are hard as a rock and resist humidity!! pay $15 for candy like that. It’s a real scam!

When we arrived, no one to welcome us. The employee was smoking his cigarette outside. The jujubes are not fresh, very hard. Extremely disappointed with my purchase. The quality is no longer what it used to be.

Quite disappointed with the quality of the candy for the price offered. Many of them were not fresh and therefore very hard to chew, even though they are not supposed to be. The level of quality has really dropped unfortunately.

I am very disappointed, the employee in place was not able to explain how it works. She made me fill my entire boiler even though I could have filled it as I wanted and the opposite for the glasses.. in short I had to buy a lot more candy due to her poor explanation.

I ordered online, and didn’t get any notification at all that it was shipped. after noticed that it had a tracking number and was delivered on it. Never seen the package at all. Contacted the Kandju support by email to get told ut had a proof of delivery (picture) it’s not even my home and doesn’t show any civic number. Only a zoom on the package. They are very rude by email and doesn’t want to do anything about it. They deserve a 1 star. I will chargeback with the credit card and get refunded. I recommend to avoid this company at all costs.

Oh my gosh!!! Non seulement les jujubes que j'ai acheter pour mon mariage était délicieux et frais après quelque mois dans un endroit sombre et sans humidité. Ils ont aussi survécue le voyage de retour au Texas un mois plus tard toujours aussi frais. Mes amies du Texas me demande ou ils peuvent acheter les mêmes bonbons. 😂😂😂
