The service and quality has declined significantly in recent times.
The employee finds a hair in my order while making it, shows it to his colleague, throws the piece of chocolate and the hair on the ground. I ask him to redo the order because I don't want one with hair. It didn't suit him and he threw the order in the trash.
Made the order again (a simple cone in a bowl) I explained to him why, he didn't care at all.
Stupid like his 2 feet.

The service was fast despite the traffic. It's better at the Dairy-Queen on rue Fusée and there's a park across from the DQ. It's better than eating your cone in a parking lot.

It’s lucky that the branch on Boulevard Thibault benefits from the franchise’s fame because frankly, there’s nothing pleasant about eating ice cream there. Aside from the gloomy and inhospitable location in the middle of a Dollarama parking lot, the young people who work there are entirely devoid of initiative. I went there this Sunday July 28, 2024 at 5 p.m. There were no customers except a group already seated. However, the inner room was practically unsanitary; the floor all covered in mud and very slippery, the tables and chairs all dirty and arranged all crooked. I went to the bathroom with my 3 year old daughter after leaving and there was no more toilet paper or hand paper. Although I asked the young man behind the counter for some, no one ever came to provide me with something to wipe my daughter with. I literally had to grab some paper towel from the trash and tear up the unused portions to finish the job. A real joke. Well, I'm not laughing anymore, I'm boycotting this place, even though I live nearby. Awkward place, I can't even imagine the ice cream machines... given the shaky maintenance of the rest of the place.
