J'ai adoré l'expérience, le personnel est polie et sympathique et la nourriture délicieuse! J'ai pris une assiette de Griot et tout étais parfait, la viande fondait en bouche, le riz étais bien assaisonné et parfaitement cuit, la présentation étais superbe et que dire de la petite salade avec les betteraves juste wow! C'étais la première fois que je goûtait ce type de nourriture et certainement pas la dernière!!

One of the best restaurants, I went to the expo only for their food the past 2 years. I’m so glad they finally have a restaurant. Their banane plantain, their griot, their rice Even their Mac n cheese I am genuinely not kidding when I say I waited for the expo every year just for their food. I genuinely think about it all year long 😂. And the staff is so sweet they even recognize me when I go to the stand and they are so friendly they make it even better.

Being Haitian at heart and having traveled extensively in Haiti after adopting the country and its people, I can say that the food is excellent.

Just don't look outside the restaurant to feel like you're in a good restaurant in the country.

Thank you for this wonderful family time.

I am from Quebec, but I will not fail to return as soon as I return to Trois-Rivières.
