It looks like he dipped my hot dogs in oil before giving them to me, the poutine fries weren't cooked enough and the sauce tasted like nothing.
Well, to say the least… the young girl serving us was annoyed because I spoke English in French after she was done hissing and rolling her eyes she got the manager to help with a simple order. After “all that”, food order mix up and not good.

1st time at Trois-Rivières and certainly the last. Gelatinous poutine sauce ++++, and the cashier's service was worth 0 and even the 0 is generous. To be told "it's beautiful there" because it was she who made a mistake, we'll come back. Very bad experience. The cook gave me a poutine that was already made on the counter. I told him it wasn't the first time it had happened and he insisted on giving it to me anyway. Of course when I got home to eat, yes the bottom of the fries was hot but the sauce and cheese on top were lukewarm. So I will never set foot there again. At the price we're paying, we should be able to get fresh, hot food. No apologies for what happened to me.
