Excellent service from Jérémie this evening, the best in a long time for me. I really liked my cod balls starter and really liked my chicken/quinoa salad. The meal service took a while but the server apologized for the delay and we received a gift card that could be used the same evening which more than compensated for the delay. I'll go back without a problem 🤟

The cage in Trois-Rivières is really nice. A sporty atmosphere and warm, smiling servers.
We had a reservation for 50 people, for 7 p.m. Returned 9 p.m. not yet served. We left paying for our drinks, as the service was quick for that. If you can't serve that many people, don't accept reservations!

I had to place an order twice through Uber Eats since the first time a meal was missing and the second time they made a mistake by telling me to settle it with Uber Eats while it was them who made the mistake.. Really disappointed with the service received this evening.

Very poor service. Impatient waitress. It's very rare that I get this irritated by the service in a restaurant.
The nachos are particularly bad. It is extremely dry, poor in toppings and the chips are clearly the cheapest available on the market.
