Complete waste of time and money. Had a horrible experience. Environment is good but our server and the food was horrible. She kept messing up our order. We waited 45 mins for our food which was delivered cold. Upon telling our server she gave us attitude, I asked her to taste it if she doesnt believe me. She went to microwave my food. After all that wait to eat microwaved food and tasteless pasta. The server needed to be more familiar with menu and stop blaming wrong food order on the kitchen, that's not professional. She messed up everyone's oder in my table and not a single apology but had the audacity to ask for tip. Never returning to this place again.
Terrible experience. I ordered a combo that included a pizza and a Caesar salad. They only brought the pizza, and when I asked about the salad, they said they forgot and would bring it right away. Fine. But then, when I got the bill, they had charged me for an extra Caesar salad — even though it was their mistake.
I explained it clearly, but they still made me pay for it. On top of that, the service was extremely slow and disorganized. Absolutely unacceptable. I’m never coming back.
Food took about 1h just to arrive cold is expensive and the food quality and service doesn't reflect the price. Our server did many mistakes as well
Friendly restaurant. The house salad dressing could use some refreshing. Italian inspired perhaps. Just a little olive oil and balsamic would be delicious and make the ton of sour in this dressing disappear. For the salmon tartare the balsamic caramel, again sugar, kills the tartare unfortunately, let's just imagine a slightly spicy mayonnaise or a little flavored sour cream. Otherwise the staff was very nice and welcoming.

The food was very good, but we were left hungry. The portions are limited, we would have eaten more. We would have had more bread, more parmesan…
The service was excellent and very very fast, however we would have liked to be able to take our time. 5 stars to our waitress Chantal who was friendly and pleasant.
We would have liked more affordable options for wine by the glass… $14 the cheapest.
We would go back but with coupons.

Even though my parents and I live in Quebec, we went up to Trois-Rivières to come and eat at the mansion because in Quebec they all closed. I was so excited to come and eat my favorite plate of mushroom ravioli, it’s delicious 😋 Thank you for the good service and good food.

Unfortunately, the strong trend of restaurants no longer displaying their menu on the Web is due to the fact that they often do not want to discourage future/new customers from coming to their dining room because the prices must often be dissuasive.
We have made the decision, since Covid, to no longer try our luck with restaurateurs who are not very transparent in terms of their pricing.
I have also just read some Google reviews which do not inspire much confidence in me: unpleasant staff, excessive quality/quantity/price ratio... so we will pass our turn.
When the manager decides to understand that transparency is a fundamental value for creating a bond of trust with customers, perhaps he will win us new customers.

Not accommodating at all, they didn't try to find us a table.
The restaurant was empty and we didn't intend to stay long. They preferred to show us the exit.
In short, reservation required, even off peak.
It’s still excellent, although my pasta was a little less hot than usual, but it was really tasty! Everyone seemed a little in a hurry to eat and serve, I imagine there were shows planned... But I like to take my time in the restaurant: they didn't want me to leave at all costs and everything everyone was very kind to my 3 year old.
Vegetarian options: Several dishes are vegetarian and tasty.
Parking: When you arrive early, there is space, otherwise you have to walk a little. Parking is on the street and paid until 6 p.m. on weekdays, then it is free, as well as on weekends.
Kid-friendliness: Benches and chairs available, a children's menu and the staff is friendly.
