Le Sacristain is a welcoming restaurant that can accommodate large groups. It serves simple yet delicious dishes, including a notable rhubarb pana cotta. The atmosphere is peaceful and bright, perfect for brunch or a quiet meal. The service is impeccable, and the food is tasty, with highlights including carrot soup, ham and cheese pancake, and chômeur pudding.
The restaurant offers excellent dishes made from scratch, such as dijon mustard vinaigrette, crepe Bretonnes, and heavenly brownies. The building was formerly a church, creating a suited environment. Despite being a one-woman-show, the restaurateur efficiently manages various roles with a smile. Customers praise the wonderful crepes, soups, and excellent latte, as well as the attentive service. While the ambiance could be enhanced with textiles and plants, it remains a great little discovery in Trois-Rivières, offering parking on Rue Bonaventure.
