The food was delicious and the service was great. I had the pan seared scallops. I really enjoyed the mix of flavors and textures between the scallops, the acidity of the blueberry sauce, the squid ink crumble and the saltiness of the dried chorizo. The vanilla corn ice cream seemed weird at first but it paired very well with the dish.

The lobster risotto was amazing.

A must if you are visiting Trois-Rivieres!

You would expect better for a place this expensive in trois rivières. We had a reservation at 6:30pm, the waitress didn’t come to our table before 7pm (although we made signs and even got up to ask for someone). We ordered drinks and food and the drinks didn’t come until 7:30pm. At this point we’re hungry, tired of waiting and starting to get angry. Then the first dish didn’t come until 8:30PM(!!!!), and two people still hadn’t gotten their food while some had already finished. Unacceptable. On top of that the plates were just meh. You would expect at least good food for these prices. Overall poor service and overpriced.

Very efficient and professional service. Remarkable bison tartare. The gnocchi were tasty and well accompanied. The crème brûlée would have been silkier and the sugar crust less thick. We look forward to our next visit.

The experience at this restaurant was underwhelming. The food was unremarkable; the fries in the burger were overcooked, and we found a hair in the scallops appetizer. When we brought this to the waiter’s attention, they seemed confused and simply took the plate without offering an apology. The service overall was lackluster. However, the ambiance and decor were impressive, with a great music selection and pleasant lighting. It's a beautiful restaurant, but it’s in serious need of better staff and service.

Beautiful venue and… I was expecting more. The food was just ok, the service was just ok. Perhaps a bit of an off evening? The deer was outstanding, the chicken salad with Brussels sprouts was way too salty, calamari was missed… As I said, great setting and I am sure it was a one off unfortunately for us!

Woaw quelle belle surprise culinaire au centre ville de trois rivières, une très belle carte à découvrir .l'endroit est tout simplement somptueux, le service au top la carte d'alcool est impressionnante et le menu impeccable, nos assiettes étaient suculante et ravissante. Nul doute qu'à nôtre prochain passage à trois rivières nous reviendrons
