We went tonight for dinner with our mom; we took the time to tell our waitress that we wanted two bills; one for drinks and the other for the meal. It was extremely important for us. At the end of our meal, the new waitress did not respect our wishes and gave our mom the entire bill with the meal and drinks! We are upset about this because we did not want our mom paying for our drinks. We come to this restaurant often and we felt very disrespected by this. Please next time respect...
The food was delicious and the service was great. I had the pan seared scallops. I really enjoyed the mix of flavors and textures between the scallops, the acidity of the blueberry sauce, the squid ink crumble and the saltiness of the dried chorizo. The vanilla corn ice cream seemed weird at first but it paired very well with the dish.
The lobster risotto was amazing.

Very efficient and professional service. Remarkable bison tartare. The gnocchi were tasty and well accompanied. The crème brûlée would have been silkier and the sugar crust less thick. We look forward to our next visit.
