It was a good experience at this location and I got served in English and it was very helpful. Even though the lady didn't understand everything I was saying, she ask for help and finalize the order with professionalism...amazing smile service and cleanliness....

J'ai pris un bacon mcmuffin extra fromage. j'ai demander de bien melanger l'oeuf et de séparer mes 2 fromages. They did not do as i asked. They were like 5 employees talking not helping others. Giving each other hugs instead of actually working.

If I could give zero stars I would. “Jacob” was an absolute delight in customer service. I can't decide if his eyes rolling into the back of his head or his lack of customer service at 6:30 p.m. was better. All I wanted was a hot coffee, because that's what I paid for, and since mine were ice cold (apparently from the cream), he so kindly returned my coffee diluted with hot water to make it taste like piss. I've always had a problem with this place. I'd rather drive out of town than set foot here again.

Wait 20 minutes for a poutine back up to the window, I want a refund.. no no sir I'll make it for you. I want a refund I don't have time and I'm late for work. I was reimbursed, and she said to me: if she was ready I would have given it to you... she is ready since she was going to give it to me and I didn't have time. Incompetent!!!! And it makes me feel stupid... never again. The time before it was in the parking lot that I waited another 20 minutes twice, really INCOMPETENT. IF YOU WOULD AT LEAST BE ABLE TO COMPENSATE BEN NO.

Very bad experience the lady made a mistake twice in our black coffee order when I asked for milk and instead of a chai latte she gave us an iced coffee...not really the same thing and what if at least there would have been a lot of people, they were the only ones to have ordered ?
