They prepare food with no decency towards the client m, i will attach a photo below to see the quality of the service, i ordered as a side to my order a small poutine and literally the chicken was raw and they have put some few fries on the top while the base of it was all green onions and it looks disgusting, so for the managers that are in charge i hope that you at least have the time to help improve your employees in doing the simplistic task which is preparing a mcdonald meal and the order was from uber at a around 11:00 pm

I am deeply disappointed with the devastating service that I was given on December 30 by the night team, more precisely the DATNA employee who did not even know how to change my drink as kindly requested. In addition, she responded to us in a very cold and disrespectful manner by closing the window in our faces in the middle of a discussion. To be dismissed as quickly as possible!

Not very good service. Can't find our order online. The manager was useless. After a very long wait an employee finally found the order in their system someone had clicked as completed. 30 minutes later we ordered the half empty fries and sundae too. Problems with this branch every time there is something wrong. The wait is endless. Avoid this branch, it's the last time we go there. Manager present Sunday at 5:39 p.m. didn't know what to do and did nothing to resolve the problem and it didn't matter to the customer

We came by around midnight, your night employee really offers bad service. No hello from her either at the order or at the window. She forgets something in the order and ignores my signs… She just shows the terminal without anything say. Is it possible to be of good service or is it too much to ask? If working night shift at McDonald's doesn't suit you, change jobs. A smile, a hello, a sorry for your mistake is not going to kill you. A little training on customer service is necessary :)
