Attention. The shift manager on February 11, 2024 has an attitude towards customers.I ordered a quarter pounder without cheese as a trio and a cone to order at the drive-thru.The burger I received had cheese.So I had to go into the restaurant to get my Burger replaced.On the other hand, I had to insist on having new hot fries due to the delay in the replacement order.They did not replace my melted cone and the manager wished me a nice day with a smile at my dissatisfaction.Being the owner of this franchise, she would be fired on the spot.I often travel from Quebec to Montreal and this was the last time I stopped at this restaurant.At $20 for a trio, getting what was ordered is a minimum.

I think it's the most incompetent McDonald's in QuebecI took 2 Blt trios and it was clearly written on the order eh!But instead they put 2 trio cheeseburgers.The worst thing was that we were the only ones in line and could have made a mistake on our order. Seriously if you can go to another McDonald's DO IT!!
